Community and Refugee Relief

I hold positions at Knights for Refugee Medical Relief (KRMR) as the Director of Fundraising, of Finance, and Public relations (PR). I have been committed to our journey since beginning at UCF in 2021, and I would love to continue this outreach after graduation. I oversee club funds, organize fundraising events for monthly donation drives, and participate in our mission to provide support to as many refugee communities as possible. Since my time in this organization, I have organized an informational Ukraine Seminar with UCF Professor Solonari, raised hundreds of dollars for refugee initiatives, aided in the creation of medical kits, and hosted events to raise refugee outreach. We have also participated with organizations outside of UCF, such as SecondHarvest and GoFundMe's fundraisers for Turkish families. Our service board also ensures that we not only provide support through volunteerism but also through certification. We host cardiovascular events to become CPR certified as well as certifications that expand our leadership repertoire. Linked below is our club Instagram and our LinkTree with event information.
